Passport Fee Asaan is Pakistan's pioneering digital payment initiative by the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports, operating under the Ministry of Interior. This service aims to streamline the payment process for passport seekers, eliminating the need to endure long queues at National Bank counters. The Passport Fee Asaan Mobile Application is designed to assist users in calculating and submitting fees for obtaining Pakistani passports from Regional Passport Offices.

• Payment e-Payment: Users can easily calculate passport fees through a user-friendly wizard that allows them to select suitable options based on their travel requirements. They can then generate a Payment Challan (PSID) for instant payment via ATM, Internet Banking, Payment Over the Counters (POC), or branches of 1-link member banks.
• Complaint: The application enables users to launch complaints regarding the payment process directly from the platform, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Check Status: Users can conveniently check the real-time status of their passport fee payment with just a few taps on the application.
